The hotel's location by The Bay is perfect, with easy access to all the main sights and a train station right next door. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice design and clean facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast options were delicious and catered to different dietary needs. The gym was impressive, with modern equipment and a stunning view.

I wished there were more food options available late at night.

Immaculate hotel, excellent decor, amazing rooftop pool, courteous and professional staff, well-appointed rooms with city views.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The housekeeping service was really good, providing a clean and well-maintained room. The location of the hotel was ideal, centrally located and within walking distance or a short ride to many attractions.

The food at the hotel was a bit underwhelming and lacked flavor. the seating area at the reception was limited, which could be inconvenient during busy periods.

The Clan Hotel impressed us with its stylish decor and fantastic check-in experience. We arrived early, and they graciously allowed us to freshen up in the gym facilities. The location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were unique, with a modern sink area and excellent rainforest shower. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the infinity pool provided a relaxing touch. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Singapore.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, right opposite an MRT station, making it convenient to visit tourist attractions and the financial center. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and its facilities, including the gym and pool, were great. The staff were cute and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to all the main sights made it perfect for exploring this city.

Outstanding staff members, a stunning skyline pool, and high-floor rooms with amazing views make for a 5-star experience. The lobby's tea flavored diffuser adds to the immersive atmosphere. Conveniently located next to Chinatown.

Convenient location near scenic spot and subway station. Bars and pubs nearby. Excellent housekeeping and polite staff. Beautiful decor, nice views, and amazing showers. Appreciated special anniversary surprises and luggage storage. Pool on top floor with gorgeous view. Delicious breakfast and exceptional service from Angelo at Qin restaurant.

Staying at this hotel was the most luxurious experience we've had! the exclusive amenities provided did wonders for our stay, including the rooftop pool area with its sun loungers and fresh towels. We also appreciated the in-room breakfast options and the special diet menus that catered to us perfectly. the location was perfect too, allowing us to easily explore the city's major sights and hawker markets. the staff's service was friendly and professional, making us feel right at home.

There was some confusion with our room service that resulted in a bit of a wait, which was frustrating at the time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and efficient service. the Halal birthday cake surprised us, making our celebration extra special. the gym was well-equipped, and the bidet system added an extra touch to the beautiful room's decor. the high floor and convenient location made exploration easy. the toilet seat and automated bidet were fantastic, and it was great that the TV had youtube and chromecast.

The swimming pool had freezing water temperature with the strong wind that made it unsuitable for enjoying. the other amenities and our overall experience were so fantastic that this one minor issue was not a deal-breaker.
